If you are unable to log on your Hashnest account due to the following scenarios:
- Phone device or number is misplaced or missing
- Google authenticator is not working or inaccessible
- Lost password and unable to reset on your own
Please contact our support team by submitting a request ticket or write an email to support@hashnest.com and attach the below document for a quicker account assistance:
1. A clear picture of your official photo identification card.
This is usually a driver's license or passport, but it can be any government issued photo ID.
2. A picture of you holding your ID.
3. A picture of yourself holding the paper writing
Please disable/change/reset my Google authenticator on my Hashnest account: xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx
After we have received and verified all these info, we will make the necessary change within 3 working days.
