    Dear Hashnest, perhaps I misunderstood your policy. I had some L3 and S9 shares in your platform but now I haven't nothing. In your platform I saw only S15 shares. Maybe I could get THS free for my refund. couldn't be it?

    Hello

    My issue is my mega hash was 870 in litcoin L3 was hidden more than 4 months , and I didn't found my maining litcoin in my account. 

    Please see the attached screen shot with the last update from your side was 13/12/2018 and no updates until now. 
    Need urgent informations
