Our S9 and L3+ redemption channels are officially closed, we do not accept any redemption applications any more. Now the S9 and L3+ contracts are terminated, the residual hashrate will be reset to zero.
Customers who have placed their redemption orders will receive your tracking numbers by email in seven working days. Please feel free to contact us, if you have any other concerns.
