Users using our APP on Android or Apple may experience some trouble logging in to our mobile app.
To resolve the issue, ensure the following:
1. Make sure you have signed out your account on all devices.
Login to www.hashnest.com and go to . You will see "APP Recent Login Records” on the page. Click “Logout” for every device signed in.
2. Uninstall and install the APP again.
If you find that signing out of all devices is not helping, for Apple users, please uninstall the APP and download it again. Download the APP here: https://fir.im/72m9
For Android users, you may go your phone settings and clear the Hashnest APP data. Relaunch the APP again.
If you attempted both steps but still receive an error message from us, contact us immediately for assistance.
