All thanks to its low power efficacy and profitability, the StrongU U6 Dash miner has always been in the limelight since Hashnest launched it in June. We have received overwhelming response for this particular miner, and it has motivated us even more to explore and bring on a wider and newer range of products.
With regards to the delayed release of U6 Dash miner, Hashnest has been clarifying the rumors of delay with StrongU. While they did not provide clear-cut answers, undoubting that StrongU is a young and growing company, we believed StrongU is on track with the promised timeline until on 12 August 2019, StrongU has announced that there is going to be a significant delay in their release due to inevitable production scheduling hiccups.
In the announcement, StrongU has confirmed that U6 Dash miner will only be released and dispatched from mid of September to end of October 2019.
Upon learning this news, Hashnest immediately reached out to StrongU to further discuss and recommend what we can do to alleviate our customers’ losses. We value our customers and we are devoted to giving our customers to the best. Hence, considering the increased financial risks and waiting time, we hereby offer the below compensation:
Users who have purchased StrongU U6 dash mining contracts but did not receive the hashrates by the end of the 90-day waiting period.
On top of what you have ordered, we will be crediting additional 5% hashrates per unit. One unit of StrongU U6 Dash miner has a total hashrate of 660 GH/s, we will be crediting 660+33 GH/s per unit ordered. The additional hashrates will be credited to your account in November 2019, no action is required from users.
NOTE: Users who have chosen to receive refund are not entitled to the aforementioned compensation.
Lastly, Hashnest would like apologise to all affected users. We are very sorry for the inconvenience the delay has caused. We also would like to take this chance to thank everyone who has been so understanding and patient with us. We have never been so grateful for your kind support.
Hashnest will be working harder to seek trusting vendors and establish quality relationships to prevent a future recurrence. Please continue to support us as we continue to focus on delivering the best cloud mining experience.
